The slide-out trundle bed is a favorite when they’re young; independence usually dictates two twins at a later date. But we think the bunk bed is best. The top loft provides a view from above, while the bottom sleeper enjoys a "fort-like" feel. The lower bunk is roomy too - which makes it the perfect setting for a cozy bedtime story.
